Albany police say Wesley Ryan Hatcher cashed a stolen check

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department Investigations Bureau is asking for the public’s help in locating Wesley Ryan Hatcher.
Hatcher is charged with forgery in the 4th degree for cashing a $750 stolen Garland, Williams & Associates check at Jaxx Liquor Store located at 605 South Slappey Boulevard, according to APD officials. Hatcher was captured on surveillance video using his identification to cash the check, police said.
Hatcher is a 28-year-old white male who is 5 feet 11 and weighs 237 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information regarding Hatcher is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS (8477) or contact Det. Angela Sherman at (229) 431-3288. Crime Stoppers tips may be anonymously and a tip that leads to an arrest could be in line for a reward.
