ALBANY — From left, Dougherty County Commission Chairman Chris Cohilas and Albany Mayor Dorothy Hubbard sign a joint proclamation Tuesday declaring this week Albany Dougherty Industry Celebration Week. It was one of a few events this week planned to recognize the economic impact of industry development in the Albany area.
