Daniel Eugene Blakely Jr., 32, of Albany, is wanted on more than two dozen counts of cruelty to children in the first degree and other charges.

Blakely is described as a black male who is 5 feet 11 and weighs approximately 168 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and has a large tattoo on the left side of his neck. His last known address is 1519 E. Roosevelt Ave.

Authorities say he faces 26 charges of cruelty to children, 1st degree, as well as charges of parole violation, disruption or interference with operator, and nonstudents who insult or abuse school officials active arrest warrants.
