Gregory Vanoy Florence, a.k.a. Papa, also was Crime Stoppers’ most wanted fugitive on April 16. He’s wanted on nine felony arrest warrants for charges including theft by taking, theft by conversion and criminal attempt to commit theft by deception. Authorities say Florence is going to local businesses, where he is “renting lawn mowers and tractors with the intent not to return them, and then sells them without authorization.”

Florence is a 48-year-old black male who is 6-feet-3 and weighs approximately 285 pounds. He has black hair or a shaved head and brown eyes. His last known address is 475 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Pelham. Officials say Florence may be living in either Dougherty or Mitchell county.
