Trastacia Lakeshia Jackson, 40, of Albany, is wanted on felony warrants charging her with theft, ID fraud and forgery.

Jackson is described as a black female who is 5-feet-2 and weighs approximately 215 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Her last known address is 909 Holloway Ave.

Authorities say Jackson has active felony arrest warrants for the offenses of theft by conversion; two counts of forgery in the first degree; identity fraud, and theft by deception.
