Sinclair Broadcast Group says that it has entered into an agreement with Barrington Broadcasting Group to buy 18 television stations, including WFXL-TV Fox31 in Albany, for $370 million.
Sinclair will operate or provide sales services to another six stations, according to a news release issued Friday. If approved by the Federal Communications Commission, the move will spread Sinclair
