I know why I didn’t vote for Abrams. Convinced now that I did the right thing. She is a born loser just like Hillary. She thinks the election was hers and it was stolen from her just like Hillary thought. She is the typical Democrat: free-free-free. Who pays?

Instead of “Where have you gone, Joe Dimaggio?” we around here should be singing, “Where have you gone, Bodine Sinyard?” We have a serious leadership void in this community.

Well, squawker, I don’t know about the “king’s new clothes,” but Trump’s new mud boots have arrived. The $600 million project for 33 miles of new walls and barriers in the Rio Grande Valley started yesterday according to Associated Press and CBP.

I haven’t met her yet, but Rachel Lord has been a very solid addition to The Herald’s news staff. She’s written some very interesting articles and has a very nice style. Glad to have you, Rachel.

Trent Brown (2x Patriot), gifted homegrown talent, won his first Super Bowl on Sunday! Ain’t no other NFL quarterback got protection like that.

You know who you are, but I don’t. So this is my personal thank you to the honest person who turned my purse, totally intact, into the Customer Service area at Publix. God bless you.

I hope that gentleman builds his liquor store and doesn’t give in to the whiners who don’t really care about their neighborhood but only want to gain political brownie points. If Tommie Postell were doing his job, this would not have blown up into this kind of big deal.

The local sports keeps referring to the Super Bowl as the New England Patriots “winning it ugly.” No they didn’t, the LA Rams lost it ugly.

Fletcher, that was a pretty nice tribute to your long-time colleague. Hope you’re doing better, Lewis. Sometimes we have to be reminded.

A special thanks to the two young men that paid for my friend’s and my lunch at Steak & Shake last Friday. That was so sweet.

Sadly, I think the King Day celebration has run its course. Despite what Ken Hodges says, only the people with lots of money can afford to go, and they sit around and congratulate each other on how progressive they are. King would be spinning in his grave if he saw this “tribute.”

My wife wishes my butt was bigger but I don’t wish my wife’s butt was bigger.

Fletcher, I don’t know if you’re still going to the barber you wrote about, but your haircut is looking good. Keep up the good work and keep looking sharp!

Overseeing trash collection is a waste of time. That money should be used to pay the collectors.

The Albany Herald does an excellent job of reporting city and county meetings. The articles are timely, accurate and informative. I enjoy reading these articles.

New York Democrat O’casio Cortez is an extremely embarrassing rep for this country. Very similar to Georgia’s socialist-minded Stacey Abrams.

I miss the fake Christian squawker. He was the best at pointing out the hypocrisy of the Trump true believers, and that’s why they hated him so much. Dude, I know you’ve got email. Where you at?
