I plan to take Marion Fedrick up on her offer and visit the Albany State campus. It sounds like they’re really starting to get things going at ASU. I’m one Albanian who’s proud to see that happening.

I am pulling for Auburn to win. But Coach Bruce Pearl is another example of how college sports are so out of hand. Pearl has been involved in scandal and corruption since the late ’80s. Just last year his associate head coach was arrested for corruption and bribery. Seems college presidents and alumni do not care about corruption just as long they win.

T. Gamble makes about as much sense as you’d expect a Dawson attorney to make. I hope he’s a better attorney than he is a writer.

Bill Moore has now missed his first cutting. He has always been first to market. Now that he is unable to get to his leased fields, he can’t even cut what wasn’t destroyed by the city.
