ALBANY — Construction is moving toward the final stages on Pretoria Fields’ Pine Avenue craft brewery, which is a vital component of Albany’s ongoing downtown development efforts. The Albany City Commission took steps Tuesday that would allow Glenn Singfield to open a restaurant/special event center in the building next to the brewery.
