ALBANY — The Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted Fugitive this week is Charles William Parrish, also known as Bo. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

Charles William Parrish, also known as “Bo” is a 48-year-old white male, 5-foot-11, weighing 200 pounds with brown hair, brown eyes. He has a “Sherry” tattoo on his right shoulder and a barbed wire tattoo on his wrist. Parrish’s last known address is in the 100 block of Medley in Leesburg. Parrish has active arrest warrants in Dougherty County for probation violation, identity theft, theft by deception, theft by receiving stolen property, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, kidnapping and two counts of aggravated assault against law enforcement officers.
