ALBANY, Ga. — Albany police responded to at least 26 incidents Tuesday into the early hours of Wednesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Konfonta Hill, 32, of Albany was arrested Wednesday for a July 31 felony hit and run on the 1200 block of Madison Street near K & S Foods on Newton Road, stated a police report. According to police, Hill struck Scott Murray, 59, with her 1999 black GMC Denali as he walked in the area. Hill is free on $5,000 bail, a jail spokeswoman said.
— Motor vehicle theft on the 2000 block of Lafayette Circle;
— Injured person, dog bite to woman reported on the 2300 block of Hoover Street;
— Child molestation on the 2700 block of West Oakridge Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 1000 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 600 block of Willard Avenue, 800 West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1100 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Missing adult, on the 900 block of Faulk lane;
— Loose dog on the 1100 block of Dawson road;
— Child molestation on the 1300 block of 11th Avenue;
— Forgery counterfeit currency passed on the 2600 block of Dawson road;
— Burglary on the 300 block of Carriage Lane and the 2200 block of Pearce Avenue;
— Urinating in public on the 300 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Sexual battery on the first block of Trans-Villa Parkway;
— Terroristic threats and acts, simple battery (domestic violence) on the 400 block of Van Buren Street;
— Battery, two counts cruelty to a child (domestic violence) on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue;
— Assault (family violence) on the 300 block of South Jackson Street;
— Domestic (unfounded) on the 200 block of Collins Street and the 1400 block of Waddell Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least seven calls, according to available police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
— Traffic arrest driver ran a stop sign: he was driving with a suspended license at the intersection of Ramsey and Sylvester roads;
— Civil matter about a car crash and insurance coverage on the 3900 block of Fleming Road;
— Traffic crash into a deer at Gillionville Road east of Weymouth Drive.
LEE SHERIFF: Lee County sheriff’s deputies responded to at least eight calls, according to police reports.
Deputies responded to incidents including:
— Stalking on the 900 block of Fussell Road;
— Harassing communications on the 400 block of GA 32;
— Criminal trespass on the 1400 block of U.S. 19 and the 100 block of Churchill Circle;
— Assault, assault (family violence), theft on the 400 block of Flowing well Road;
— Wanted man on the 100 block of Pinewood Road.
ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 12 calls, including a leaking toilet, unauthorized burning of a couch, five activated alarms, a structure fire with damaged laundry room, a public service event, smoke scare, oil spill clean up and a call to assist EMS.
