ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 33 incidents Wednesday, according to police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Burglary on the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Theft by taking, felony, the entire contents of an air conditioner were stolen on the 800 block of North Madison Street;
— Simple battery on the 700 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Entering auto, two counts, on the 700 block of Sixth Avenue;
— Identity theft on the 1100 block of 10th Avenue;
— Burglary on the 1700 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Drive;
— Aggravated assault (family violence) on the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue;
— Domestic (unfounded) on the 500 block of 10th Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 13 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
— Accidental damage, the driver of a 1998 Mercedes E320 swerved the car to avoid a deer and ran into a ditch on the 5600 block of Gillionville Road;
— Drunken driving, open container, no insurance and failure to maintain lane arrest at Oakridge Drive and Jackson Street;
— Simple battery (domestic violence) on the 1700 block of Moultrie Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 60 calls on Wednesday. There were 44 medical calls, 13 trauma calls and three other calls. Medical calls included, two chest pains, nine respiratory problems, nausea vomiting, one fainting, one diabetic complaints, two seizures, two mental problems, eight miscellaneous pain calls, two stroke symptoms and 16 various medical. Trauma calls included seven vehicle crash injuries, five falls and one bite. Other calls are typically standby for other units and patient transport.
