aLBANY — Albany police responded to at least 35 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Theft by taking on the 1700 block of Myrtle Road , the 2500 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 600 block of 10th Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 800 block of Willie Pitts Drive;
— Burglary on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 2100 block of Tompkins Avenue, the 900 block of Fifth Avenue, the 1800 block of Mississippi Avenue and the 2200 block of Pembroke Drive;
— Simple battery on the 1300 block of Gillespie Boulevard;
— Forgery on the 500 block of Eighth Avenue;
— Aggravated stalking n the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Financial card fraud on the 1000 block of 10th Avenue;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 2900 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct, a fight, on the 2100 block of Clark Avenue;
— Theft by deception on the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road;
— Injured person, an intoxicated man with a head injury, on the 1100 block of Madison Street;
— Assault (domestic) on the 600 block of Heard Avenue and the 200 block of Madison Street;
— Assault (family violence) on the 800 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 200 block of Adelyn Road;
— Burglary (family violence) on the 400 block of Mercedes Street.
DOUGHERTY EMS:
Emergency medical services responded to 72 calls on Monday. There were 56 medical calls, 12 trauma calls and four other calls. Medical calls included, four chest pains, eight respiratory problems, nausea vomiting, one choking, three diabetic complaints, three seizures, three obstetrics, four mental problems, one allergic reaction, seven miscellaneous pain calls, two cardiac arrests, two stroke symptoms and 18 various medical. Trauma calls included two vehicle crash injuries, five falls, one lacerations, one eye injury, one bite and two fights/assaults. Other calls are typically standby for other units and patient transport.
ALBANY FIRE:
Albany firefighters responded to 35 calls Oct. 8 through Monday including:
— Three public service calls, four activated alarms, two grass fires, man down by bee stings, two medical assists, two vehicle fires, three vehicle crashes, two structure fires, four unattended cooking, a water leak, debris on road, sewer backup, broken outdoor faucet, lockout of residence, two false alarms, vehicle into house, leaf pile fire, storage shed fire, propane gas odor and a smoldering fire in a barrel.
