Mrs. Patricia Piper Rose of Dawson announces the engagement of her daughter, Staci Ann Rose, of Atlanta, to Michael James Anderson, son of Dr. and Mrs. James D. Anderson, Jr., all of Atlanta. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late
James Alvin Rose.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Alphues Piper of Alexander City, Alabama, and the late Mr. and
Mrs. Elbert Gordon Rose of Dawson. She has a sister, Piper
Rose Lowe of Albany. She earned her BS degree from Georgia
Southern University and is currently employed with Bristol
Myers-Squibb.
The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James
Dwight Anderson of Lakeland, Florida and Mr. and Mrs. John
Scott, III, of Savannah. He has a sister, Laura Anderson, of
Atlanta. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia and
his MBA from Georgia State University. He is currently a
research and business development consultant.
The wedding will take place at 5:30 p.m. on June 29, at Seaside
Interfaith Chapel in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. A reception will follow at the Lyceum Lawn in Seaside.
