LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Charles Peeler confirmed as U.S. attorney

On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Charles E. Peeler of Flynn Peeler & Phillips LLC in Albany on his nomination by President Donald Trump and confirmation by the U.S. Senate to serve as the new U.S. attorney for the Middle District of Georgia.
Mr. Peeler will benefit from his 18 years of experience in the legal profession, having focused on complex civil litigation, federal criminal matters and intellectual property litigation.
Mr. Peeler’s acceptance of this new position is evidence of his dedication to serving the public and the justice system. His fellow members of the State Bar of Georgia wish him well in this new capacity of leadership.
