Heard and his Heard-ettes are at it again, denying funding for our jail that is vitally needed while preparing to give $3 million of our tax money to cronies and developers of ill-repute. The governor should act on the shenanigans going on here, but neither he nor the over-whelming number of state representa-tives and senators are aware that there's anything in Georgia south of Macon.

If the governor doesn't send some people down to Albany to look into the illegal practices -- especially in spending taxpayer money -- the thieves and conmen (and women) on the city and county commissions are doing, they're going to bleed us dry.
