WALT SPECHT: All politicians have their dirty laundry

Does anyone really doubt that there is compromising information out there about any politician or public figure?

President Franklin Roosevelt had his secrets that are now known. President Kennedy had so many they became a book. Martin Luther King had his that were later exposed. Many a preacher and priest had their secrets. President Clinton certainly had some, and may be creating more. Obama has his, especially involving his close associates and their radical ties.

So what is the big deal?

I myself believe if we knew everything about every politician, we would want them all in jail, not in office. As to the influence this information has produced, I believe they all have enough on each other that anyone holding this information has enough of their own trash out there they are afraid to use it. Like if you once called for the trial and jailing of one candidate for their actions, then backed off when the election was over and they lost.

Sound familiar? So no doubt there is stuff out there on all of them.
