Radium Springs Gardens is one of Georgia’s Seven Natural Wonders and is located in Albany.
The springs pump 70,000 gallons per minute of clear, 68-degree water from an underground cave.
In order to preserve the ecology of the springs, swimming is not allowed but the park offers beautiful views for a walk or a picnic.
Walk through a courtyard where the former Radium Springs Casino once stood, enjoy foliage-draped hillocks, crystal clear waters and flora both indigenous and exotic.
There is no entrance fee for this family-friendly attraction and its open 7 days a week.
Radium Springs is located at 2501 Radium Springs Road, Albany GA.
