Albany-Dougherty Police/Fire and EMS reports – April 21 – 22, 2015

ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least five calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Criminal trespass on the 2000 block of Leonard Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 1700 block of South Jackson Street;
— Theft by conversion on the 100 block of Magnolia Street;
— Aggravated assault on the 3900 block of Rodnor Forest Lane;
— Wanted person on the 2500 block of Dawson Road.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Disorderly conduct on the 1400 block of South Mock Road;
— Child abuse on the 300 block of Lockett State Road;
— Assist to motorist at the intersection of North Slappey Boulevard and Eagar Drive;
— Animal call on the 2800 block of Leary Road;
— Auto accident at the intersection of South Mock Road and Moultrie Road;
— Suspicious person on the 400 block of Philema Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 12 incidents on Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included public service, EMS calls, alarm system activations, cooking fires, medical assist to EMS, passenger vehicle fire and a gas leak.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 69 incidents on Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included three miscellaneous pain complaints, one seizure, five chest pain complaints, nine respiratory issues, one fainting, three mental health issues, two cardiac arrests and 20 various medical calls.
Trauma calls included eight auto accident victims, three assaults, three falls, two gunshot victims, two lacerations and one sexual assault.
Other type calls included one assist for the Marine Corps Logistics Base drill training and two medical alert assists.
