ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 26 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Theft by taking on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue, the 1400 block of West Waddell Avenue, the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 2200 block of Grady Street, the 1000 block of South McKinley Street and the 900 block of 7th Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 600 block of Moultrie Road, the 300 block of Clay Drive, the 500 block of Ebony Lane, the 1500 block of East Residence Avenue and the 2700 block of Westgate Drive;
— Driving on suspended license on the 500 block of McKinley Street and the 900 block of Westover Boulevard;
— Burglary on the 600 block of West Highland Avenue, the 2400 block of Clark Avenue and the 1900 block of Gillespie Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 2000 block of Loftus Drive;
— Criminal damage to property on the 1500 block of Shirley Avenue;
— Possession of marijuana on the 2000 block of Thompkins Drive and the 300 block of Holloway Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 400 block of Cannon Avenue;
— Battery on the 800 block of Corn Avenue and the 2300 block of South Madison Street;
— Wanted person on the 1700 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Cordele Road.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 17 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Traffic accident on the 6700 block of Newton Road and the 4400 block of Stage Coach Road;
— Family violence on the 1100 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Suspicious vehicle on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road and the 300 block of Azalea Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive and the 3000 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Criminal trespass on the 4800 block of Impala Lane.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 10 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included: shorted electrical unit, passenger vehicle fire, building fire, motor vehicle accident, unauthorized burning, medical assist to EMS and watercraft rescue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 74 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included: seven respiratory distress cases, 10 sickness calls, one fainting, one choking, two altered mental status calls, six diabetic issues, one OB/labor call, one mental health issue, four miscellaneous pain calls, three suicide attempts and 13 various medical calls.
Trauma calls included one traffic accident victim, 12 falls and one shooting.
