ALBANY — The Albany Transportation Department has released its holiday transit schedule. Following are changes that riders should be aware of as during the holiday season:

♦ Dec. 24: The last run will be at 2:15 p.m.

♦ Dec. 26: Closed in observance of Christmas Day.

♦ Dec. 31: The last run will be at 2:15 p.m.

♦ Jan. 2: Closed in observance of New Year’s Day.

Due to a driver shortage, Albany Transit also will change its Saturday operations schedule at the beginning of the new year. Beginning Jan. 7, Albany Transit will make its last run at 2:15 p.m. on Saturdays.

The Monday-Friday hours of operation will remain the same until further notice.
