“I think it is commendable that the gentleman starting the concrete business in Lee County expresses his love for that county and that his heart is in Lee. I started business in Albany on less than a shoe string and the community accepted my services and gave me a very happy business life and a comfortable retirement right here. So I am likewise happy to state that I love Dougherty County and my heart is in Dougherty, with all the other Albany metro counties, including Lee, a close second.”
