Albany, Dougherty County Police/Fire/EMS reports — April 12-13

ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 21 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Thefts by taking on the 1900 block of Colquitt Avenue, the 600 block of Tulsa Lane, the 700 block of North Van Buren Street and the 200 block of Soloman Circle;

— Thefts by shoplifting on the 600 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Battery on the 400 block of Alice Avenue, the 400 block of Wells Avenue, the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue and the 400 block of Dorsett Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1700 block of Gadsden Drive and the 1900 block of Stuart Avenue;

— Interfering with city officers on the 900 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property on the 2300 block of Greenleaf Lane and the 1000 block of Summit Drive;

— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of Swift Street;

— Criminal trespass on the 1100 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

— Burglaries on the 400 block of Jefferies Avenue and the 2200 block of Trowbridge Road;

— Runaway juvenile on the 2000 block of Coves Court;

— Entering auto on the 1000 block of Cedar Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least eight calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Burglar alarms on the 7000 block of Newton Road and the 4400 block of Wilder Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 4200 block of Nichols Street;

— Criminal trespass on the 2700 block of Newcastle Lane;

— Suspicious persons on the 4800 block of Millbrooke Road and the 600 block of Holly Drive;

— Assist motorist at the intersection of the Liberty Expressway and Holly Drive;

— Auto accident, hit and run, on the 2100 block of Cordele Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least three calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Unauthorized burnings at the intersection of Skywater Boulevard and Azalea Boulevard and the 3500 block of Shannon Road;

— EMS assist on the 1900 block of South Riverview Circle.
