ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 13 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:

— Cruelty to children on the 1800 block of Keystone Avenue;

— Burglary on the 800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 800 block of Byron Road, the 1200 block of South Van Buren Street, the 3100 block of Crepe Myrtle Court and the 1000 block of Sixth Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 1800 block of Gillionville Road, the 2600 block of Erica Court, the 500 block of Jefferies Avenue, the 1800 block of Sycamore Court and the 800 block of Cason Street;

— Battery on the 700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Assault on the 1200 block of Westwood Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least nine calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:

— Auto accident on the 1200 block of Nixon Road, the 1500 block of South County Line Road and the 2300 block of South County Line Road;

— Wires down on the 100 block of Eight Mile Road;

— Animal call on the 800 block of River Pointe Drive and the 4800 block of Pinto Drive;

— Abandoned auto on the 2400 block of Moultrie Road;

— Traffic stop on the 3000 block of Gravel Hill Road;

— 911 hang up on the 3100 block of War Eagle Drive.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:

— Power line down on the 900 block of Eight Mile Road;

— Building fire on the 500 block of Pinson Drive;

— Prescribed fire on the 100 block of Philema Road;

— Smoke scare on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to at least 52 calls on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included three chest pains, five respiratory issues, two abdominal pains, one allergic reaction, one back pain, one choking, one stroke, two labor calls, one headache, two seizures, one altered mental state, one abnormal behavior, one well person check and 12 general sicknesses.

The trauma calls included one overdose, five auto accidents and eight falls. Other calls included two transport calls and one medical alert call.
