ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Criminal trespass on the 600 block of North Monroe Street, the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road, the 2400 block of Sylvester Highway, the 300 block of Station Crossing Drive, the 900 block of 10th Avenue and the 2500 block of Stuart Avenue;

— Battery on the 600 block of Moultrie Road;

— Murder on the 800 block of Byron Road;

— Aggravated assaults on the 1600 block of Worrell Avenue, the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue and the 200 block of Independence Drive;

— Marijuana possession on the 600 block of South Van Buren Street;

— Burglary on the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 100 block of Frost Street and the 1700 block of Krug Street;

— Rape on the 400 block of Gowan Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of South Slappey Boulevard.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Auto accidents on the 1700 block of Southeast Liberty Expressway and the 500 block of Vintage Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Inhumane treatment of an animal on the 3600 block of Radial Avenue;

— Suspicious persons on the 3900 block of Vanderbilt Drive and the 1700 block of Cordele Road;

— Hit and run accident on the 1200 block of Paul Lane;

— Miscellaneous property damage on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;

— Suicide attempt on the 4600 block of Palm Avenue;

— Lost or misplaced property on the 800 block of North Westover Road;

— Traffic stop at the intersection of South Mock Road and Walter Brown Drive;

— Suspicious autos on the 3000 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;

— Burglary on the 1400 block of South Mock Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 11 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Alarm on the 1100 block of Eager Avenue;

— Animal rescue on the 1600 block of Gardner Drive;

— Bomb scare on the 1000 block of West Highland Avenue;

— EMS assists on the 1100 block of Swift Street, the 400 block of Florence Avenue and the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue;

— Passenger vehicle fire at the intersection of Southeast Liberty Expressway and Blaylock Street;

— Overheated motor at the intersection of Clark Avenue and North Carroll Street;

— Power lines down on the 800 block of Holly Drive and the 1200 block of Maryland Drive;

— Unauthorized burning on the 1500 block of Southeast Liberty Expressway.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty EMS responded to at least 81 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included 14 respiratory issue calls, eight miscellaneous pain calls, seven altered mental state calls, five mental health calls, three cardiac arrest calls, two chest pain calls, two seizure calls, two labor calls, one stroke victim call, one diabetic issue call and 12 various medical calls. Trauma calls included seven auto accident victims, five falls, one laceration and one assault. Other types of calls included two medical alert assistance calls.
