ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 20 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Disorderly conduct on the 1500 block of East First Avenue and the 500 block of Swift Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road, the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1300 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Theft by taking on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;
— Thefts by shoplifting on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 200 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 1800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;
— Forgeries on the 1300 block of Mobile Avenue and the 2400 block of Beachview Drive;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2000 block of North Harding Street;
— Battery on the 500 block of West Society Avenue, the 1200 block of Parker Avenue, the 1800 block of Pine Needle Lane and the 1800 block of Keystone Avenue;
— Missing person on the 1600 block of Northwood Drive;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Runaway juvenile on the 1600 block of Gardner Drive;
— Deceased person on the 200 block of Lexington Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 18 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Entering auto on the 5100 block of Grandview Drive;
— Assist motorist on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive;
— Bank escort on the 700 block of Philema Road;
— Burglaries on the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road and the 2800 block of Astoria Drive;
— Animals at large on the 2600 block of Homestead Avenue and the 3100 block of War Eagle Drive;
— Burglar alarms on the 3900 block of Quail Hollow Road and the 400 block of Poinciana Avenue;
— Child abuse on the 1600 block of Florence Drive;
— Suspicious autos on the 700 block of Wildwood Drive and the 300 block of Philema Road;
— Suspicious persons on the 2900 block of Clark Avenue and the 3300 block of Sweetbrier Road;
— Fraud on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Auto accident on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Auto accident with injuries on the 2300 block of Southeast Liberty Expressway;
— Terroristic threats on the 3500 block of Sylvester Highway.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least six calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Smoke scare on the 400 block of Williams Street;
— Passenger vehicle fire on the 2100 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Smoke detector activation on the 600 block of Summitt Drive;
— Auto accident at the intersection of Southeast Liberty Expressway and Nelms Road;
— EMS assist on the 200 block of Lexington Drive;
— Power line down on the 200 block of Marie Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 68 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included six chest pain calls, six respiratory issue calls, five cardiac arrest calls, four altered mental state calls, four seizure calls, three stroke victim calls, one diabetic issue call, one labor issue call and 21 various medical calls. Trauma calls included six auto accident victims, five falls, three lacerations and one assault. Other calls included two medical alert calls.
