ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 24 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Interfering with officers on the 1300 block of North Jefferson Street, the 300 block of West Roosevelt Avenue and the 900 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Carrying weapon without proper permit on the 1300 block of Mercantile Drive;

— Entering autos on the 2200 block of Beachview Drive, the 2600 block of Costner Court and the 2600 block of Flynn Court;

— Burglaries on the 1100 block of Eager Drive, the 400 block of Harmon Avenue, the 300 block of Johnson Road and the 400 block of Hudson Lane;

— Criminal damage to property on the 2000 block of Beachview Drive;

— Battery on the 1000 block of Holland Drive and the 100 block of Marie Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 1300 block of Radium Springs Court, the 1000 block of Inverness Road, the 2300 block of Springdale Court and the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Possession of marijuana on the 400 block of West Fourth Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 1800 block of Gail Avenue and the 600 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Cruelty to animals on the 100 block of Marie Road;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1800 block of Sycamore Court and the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least seven calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Auto accident on the 3800 block of Moultrie Road;

— Animal at large on the 5000 block of Barrington Drive;

— Probation violation on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;

— Assist motorist on the 6400 block of Leary Road;

— Unwanted guest on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Child abuse on the 3000 block of Tiger Court;

— Shooting on the 800 block of Westview Drive.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least five calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Extrication of victim on the 3800 block of Moultrie Road;

— Building damaged by car on the 300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— EMS assist on the 100 block of Honeysuckle Drive;

— Grass fire on the 400 block of Cordele Road;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 300 block of Flint Avenue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 47 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included six chest pain calls, one abdominal pain call, one headache call, two respiratory issue calls, one stroke call, one diabetic issue call, two mental health calls and 22 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included seven auto accidents, two falls and two assaults.
