ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 21 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Harassing phone calls on the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;
— Aggravated assaults on the 1500 block of West Oakridge Drive and the 200 block of Slater King Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 1400 block of West Lincoln Avenue, the 800 block of West First Avenue, the 2700 block of West Oakridge Drive and the 100 block of North Haley Street;
— Theft by receiving on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Entering autos on the 600 block of 16th Avenue, the 400 block of Williams Street, the 400 block of Bonny View Avenue, the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 2700 block of West Oakridge Drive;
— Theft by taking on the 2300 block of 12th Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 1300 block of Mobile Avenue;
— Missing person on the 1900 block of Stuart Avenue;
— Burglary on the 2500 block of Beachview Drive;
— Interfering with officers on the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard and the 2500 block of Forsythe Street;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1500 block of Malone Drive and the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least six calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Miscellaneous call at the intersection of Hill Road and Clark Avenue;
— Juvenile problems on the 1900 block of Covey Road and the 800 block of Patterson Avenue;
— Assist motorists on the 2600 block of Cordele Road and the 2300 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Personal welfare check on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Mobile home fire on the 900 block of Riley Street;
— Auto accident at the intersection of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and South Jackson Street;
— Unauthorized burning on the 700 block of Wildwood Drive;
— Passenger vehicle fire on the 200 block of Marie Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 101 calls on Monday, Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included three abdominal pain calls, one allergy call, 10 chest pain calls, nine respiratory issue calls, two faint calls, two headache calls, two diabetic issue calls, one labor issue call, two seizure calls, three lift assist calls, one overdose call, nine unknown problem calls and 32 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included six auto accidents, seven falls, one laceration, six assaults and one gunshot victim. Other types of calls included one standby for the Albany Fire Department, one standby for the Albany Police Department and three medical alert activations.
