ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 24 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Criminal trespass on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 300 block of Vintage Road, the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 2300 block of Pebble Beach Court, the 1200 block of Westwood Drive, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 400 block of Alice Avenue and the 2600 block of Erica Court;

— Entering autos on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 500 block of Landings Lane, the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue and the 1100 block of Newton Road;

— Thefts by taking on the 400 block of West Third Avenue, the 1100 block of University Street, the 1200 block of Kingstown Court and the 600 block of Burke Avenue;

— Burglary on the 400 block of Jefferies Avenue;

— Aggravated assault on the 1900 block of South Flintlock Street;

— Battery on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive and the 1200 block of Westwood Drive;

— Deceased person on the 1400 block of Baker Avenue;

— Identity theft on the 300 block of West Broad Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 21 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Burglaries on the 5400 block of Newton Road and the 1300 block of Lily Pond Road;

— Auto accidents on the 2500 block of Fleming Road, the 1100 block of Spring Flats Road and the 1300 block of Broach Avenue;

— Animals at large on the 5400 block of Newton Road and the 900 block of Westview Drive;

— Lost or misplaced property on the 800 block of Radford Street;

— Unwanted guest on the 3900 block of Gravel Hill Road;

— VIN verification on the 3000 block of Tiger Court;

— Bank escort on the 700 block of Philema Road;

— Family violence on the 2500 block of Charles Court, the 5000 block of Hill Road and the 3400 block of Aristedes Road;

— 911 hang-up on the 2800 block of Quail Run Drive;

— Burglar alarm on the 100 block of Manchester Drive;

— Personal welfare check on the 900 block of Barbragail Avenue;

— Discharging firearm on the 700 block of Pine Glen Drive;

— Harassing phone call on the 3800 block of Fleming Road;

— Accidental hit and run on the 1500 block of Clark Avenue;

— Suspicious person on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Heat from a short circuit on the 1200 block of West Gordon Avenue;

— Power line down on the 400 block of Lovers Lane Road;

— EMS assists on the 2300 block of Druid Hill Court and the 400 block of Wadkins Avenue;

— Smoke removal on the 400 block of South Audubon Drive;

— Unauthorized burning on the 1400 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Arcing electrical on the 1500 block of Eager Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 70 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included 14 chest pain calls, eight respiratory issue calls, four seizure calls, four miscellaneous pain calls, three altered mental state calls, two stroke calls, two cardiac arrest calls, one labor call and 17 various medical calls. Trauma calls included seven auto accidents and six falls. Other types of calls included one medical alert call.
