ALBANY — ComNet Technical Solutions Inc. has announced its recent acquisition of TDC Technologies.
Tammy McCrary, CEO and president of CTSI, said Garland Braswell, owner of TDC, will join her company as a professional consultant. CTSI said TDC, a medical and financial technology company, is a leading provider of information technology (IT) and help-desk services in medical and financial markets.
CTSI officials say the company’s corporate mission for 18 years has been to become a global provider of IT and help-desk services for industrial, manufacturing, small businesses and professional services providers. The acquisition of TDC is expected to reinforce CTSI’s presence in the Southwest Georgia market and help strengthen the CTSI brand and presence in the Atlanta and Central Florida markets.
“This is an important acquisition for CTSI and forms part of our business growth plan through multi-market strategy,” McCrary said. “TDC operates a business model we appreciate and compliments our business.
“TDC has a reputation for excellent services and deep client relationships. These are important criteria for a successful acquisition which will provide us with a solid platform for continued growth of the CTSI brand.”
Braswell said he was “excited to be joining CTSI, which provides an exceptional fit for our business and a great opportunity to further develop our services. CTSI is a well-regarded and highly respected organization and I look forward to continuing to develop high standards of excellence for our clients.”
CTSI provides IT and help-desk services to clients in 17 states and three countries. Founded by McCrary in 1998, CTSI was Small Business of the Year in 2009 in Lee County and 2015 in Albany. The company also has received numerous awards and recognitions for industry achievements, professional services and community service. CTSI’s website is www.ctsioutsourcing.com.
