ALBANY — On Tuesday, diners at Albany’s IHOP restaurant can get a short stack of flapjacks while also helping support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Shriners Hospitals for Children.
According to a news release, Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. IHOP patrons can receive a free short stack of the pancakes. In return, guests are asked to make a donation of any size on-check or in-restaurant with all funds going to the charity partners’ local hospital affiliate. IHOP officials hope to raise $3.5 million nationwide.
Because all funds raised during each National Pancake Day stay local, all donations made at the Albany IHOP will benefit Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at Phoebe.
