Construction underway for 68 new parking spaces at SOWEGA Council on Aging

ALBANY — Crews worked in an empty space outside the SOWEGA Council on Aging Kay H. Hind Senior Life Enrichment Center on West Society Avenue Monday on a parking lot meant to accommodate 68 spaces to be used by those visiting the center. It was a project Kay Hind, the former executive director, was working toward at the time of her retirement earlier this year.
