ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 28 incidents on Thursday and early Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Simple battery (family violence) on the 700 block of Corn Avenue and on the 900 block of West Mercer Avenue;
— Battery (family violence) on the 1000 block of South Harding Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 200 block of Sundale Road and on the 1400 block of Dawson Road;
— Giving false information on the 300 block of Grant Place;
— Entering auto on the 2800 block of Old Dawson Road and on the 800 block of Cardinal Grove Court;
— Recovery of stolen vehicle on the 900 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Theft by taking on the 1400 block of Gillespie Avenue and on the 1600 block of Jean Avenue;
— Family violence (unfounded) on the 1000 block of Davidson Drive and on the 900 block of West Whitney Avenue;
— Soliciting to vehicles at the intersection of Gillionville Road and North Slappey Boulevard;
— Criminal damage to property in the 2nd degree on the 800 block of Byron Road;
— Child restraint violation on the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Aggravated assault (family violence) on the 600 block of Woodhaven Lane;
— Burglary in 2nd degree on the 200 block of South Monroe Street and on the 400 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 2400 block of Dawson Road;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 1400 block of West Waddell Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 900 block of South Street;
— Suspended or revoked license on the 800 block of West Society Avenue;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 3900 block of Rodnor Forest Lane.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 32 incidents on Thursday and early Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Assistance to a motorist on the 3200 block of Fleming Road and on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Suspicious auto on the 2100 block of Juniper Drive and on the 4700 block of Clewiston Lane;
— Family violence on the 600 block of Holly Drive and on the 2900 block of Moultrie Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 3000 block of War Eagle Avenue;
— Transportation of an individual on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Suspicious person on the 200 block of Holly Drive and at the intersection of Moultrie Road and South County Line Road;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 100 block of Northeast Rosewood Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 900 block of Barbragale Avenue;
— Traffic arrest at the intersection of North Jefferson Street and Lovers Lane Road and on the 400 block Philema Road;
— Burglary report on the 400 block of Redbud Road;
— Animal call on the first block of Mark Drive;
— Contact person on the 100 block of Northeast Rosewood Drive and on the 4000 block of Pate Street;
— 911 hang-up on the 1700 block of Oakhaven Drive;
— Open door on the 200 block of Pinson Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included EMS assistance, a trash fire, a vehicle fire, shorted electrical equipment, assistance to police and smoke removal.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to 65 calls on Thursday, available reports show. There were 52 medical calls, 11 trauma calls and two medical alert assistance calls.
The medical calls included six respiratory issues, four chest pains, four cardiac arrests, three mental health issues, three miscellaneous pains, three altered mental statuses, one diabetic issue, one seizure and 27 various medical calls. The trauma calls included seven falls, two lacerations, one auto accident victim and one assault.
