ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 76 incidents on Saturday or Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Battery (family violence) on the 2400 block of South Jackson Street and on the 2800 block of Westgate Drive;
— Unruly child on the 2900 block of Madeline Road;
— Suspended or revoked license on the 700 block of North Slappey Boulevard and on the 300 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of Poplar Street and on the 600 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Family violence (unfounded) on the 3200 block of Fernridge Drive and on the 900 block of West Whitney Avenue;
— Property damage on the 100 block of Morningside Drive;
— Pedestrian soliciting vehicles at the intersection of Gillionville Road and North Slappey Boulevard;
— Burglary in the 1st degree on the 1900 block of Buck Lane and on the 2300 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Shoplifting on the 2600 block of Dawson Road and on the 1200 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Harassing phone calls on the 500 block of Jefferies Avenue;
— Sexual battery on the 800 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Computer theft on the 400 block of Vintage Road;
— Theft by taking on the 500 block of South Cleveland Street and on the 1300 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Deceased person on the 1000 block of South Davis Street;
— Simple battery (family violence) on the 600 block of Johnson Road and on the 2200 block on Watergate Drive;
— Public indecency (saggy pants) on the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 1400 block of West Highland Avenue;
— Obstruction of law enforcement on the 200 block of Thornton Drive;
— Missing person on the 100 block of Force Drive;
— Nuisances on the 1900 block of Edgerly Avenue;
— Cocaine possession on the 800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Child molestation on the 400 block of Cordele Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 2600 block of Whispering Pines Road and on the 1500 block of Malone Drive;
— Simple battery on the 500 block of Cotton Avenue;
— Robbery by force on the 1000 block of Blaylock Street;
— Animals at large on the 300 block of Flintside Drive;
— Burglary in the 2nd degree on the first block of Dobbs Drive;
— Interfering with city officers on the 1400 block of East Society Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 2100 block of Robinhood Road and on the 1300 block of East Second Avenue;
— Loitering/prowling on the 800 block of West Lincoln Avenue;
— Headlight violation on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Curfew violation on the 2400 block of Elton Street;
— Drug paraphernalia on the 300 block of North Slappey Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 37 incidents on Saturday and Sunday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Scam report on the 3000 block of Tiger Court;
— Suspicious person on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;
— Traffic arrest on the 100 block of Garden Hill Drive and on the 800 block of Holly Drive;
— Driving under the influence at the intersection of Radium Springs Road and Redbud Road;
— Firecracker popping on the 100 block of North Rosewood Drive and on the 900 block of Barbragale Avenue;
— Personal welfare check on the 3700 block of Gravel Hill Road;
— Loud music on the 100 block of Bennett Drive and on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;
— Child accidentally locked in vehicle on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway;
— Auto accident at the intersection of Nelms Road and Radium Springs Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 3300 block of Sweetbrier Road;
— Juvenile problem on the 600 block of Holly Drive and on the 4800 block of Folly Drive;
— Attempt to locate on the 3600 block of Plumcrest Avenue;
— Personal welfare check on the 200 block of Wade Drive;
— 911 hang-up on the 4800 block of Impala Lane;
— Animal bite on the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road;
— Residential burglary at the intersection of Old Mill Road and Hill Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 23 incidents from Friday to early Monday, available reports show. The incidents included motor vehicle accidents, a downed power line, a grass fire, a stuck elevator, a passenger vehicle fire, an overheated vehicle, an authorized controlled burn, EMS assistance, a trash fire, brush fires, shorted electrical equipment, police assistance and unauthorized burnings.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to a total of 50 calls on Sunday, available reports show. There were 41 medical calls, six trauma calls and three medical alert assistance calls.
The majority of the medical calls included seven chest pains, three altered mental statuses, three miscellaneous pains, three diabetic issues, two respiratory issues, one stroke victim, one cardiac arrest and 21 various medical issues. The trauma calls included two auto accident victims, two falls and two lacerations.
