ALBANY — A 37-year-old Albany woman has been arrested after officers responded to a child molestation report to find that a student at Albany High School contends she had been victimized.
A report from the Albany Police Department said officers responded to the school at around noon Thursday and made contact with someone with the Division of Family and Children Services who said she was informed by Dougherty County School System Police that a student reported being abused.
Officers spoke with the 11th grade student, who said Joynetta Raenesha Stoutley, 37, was forcing her to take photographs of her so she could send them to her boyfriend in the U.S. Navy. The student said Stoutley was making her take videos of her performing sexual acts on herself for her boyfriend, the report said.
The student said the incident occurred on the 1800 block of Cobblestone Court, the most recent incident being on Wednesday morning. The student said she had an audio recording of Stoutley talking about these incidents, which the victim says have been taking place since she was in the ninth grade, the student told police.
Stoutley has been charged with sexual exploitation of a child.
