ALBANY — The Dougherty County Police Department is seeking information on a woman charged with forgery in connection with purchases made at a Dougherty County liquor store.

Sgt. Chad Kirkpatrick said that on Nov. 1, the unidentified woman purchased 10 bottles of assorted liquor from Acree Beverage Company, 4500 Sylvester Road, with a forged check in the amount of $867 issued to Natasha Flullen of Oldsmar, Fla. The woman’s identification was also falsified, Kirkpatrick said.

Officials say the cost of the liquor was $379 and and the balance of $488 was issued to the woman in cash. An unidentified man was seen with the female suspect but he has not been charged, officials say. Kirkpatrick said further charges may be pending against the suspect.

The suspect is short in stature, Kirkpatrick said, and is thought to be around 26 years of age. Anyone with information concerning the suspect is asked to call The DCP at (229) 430-6600 or Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS (8477).
