LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Hump day would be a good choice for positive news

My grandson said that he wished the news media would pick one day a week to put out nothing but good news. If it could even be possible, Wednesday would be a great day. The fact that it’s in the middle of the week qualifies it.
Of course, some news outlets would cheat, just to get the scoop on the other agencies. Then, you would have “breaking news,” like over in Spain, the terror of a van tearing through a crowd and possible hostage situations. If North Korea doesn’t start abusing buy the sanctions, they will be in the news every day!
It is plain to see that Nadine Mathis believes in the Golden Rule. This idea of a hug and a job does not seem to deter the enemies from wanting to annihilate us.
