We had to spend several million dollars re-doing the Jefferson Street/Philema Road intersection because traffic was backing up and being delayed during rush hours. Guess what? We still have a problem with traffic backing up because some idiot decided to hang a totally unneeded and unjustified “no turn on red” sign on Jefferson.
