Columbus has its share of litterbugs and trash blowing from uncovered truck beds, as does Albany, but Columbus manages to keep Victory Drive neatly trimmed and litter-free, in stark contrast to litter-strewn and often untrimmed Westover Boulevard. Roger, where are you? Is there no community pride here?
