Squawk of the Day – Dec. 31, 2015
By Submitted
Why does the Oglethorpe Bridge need to be replaced? Does GDOT have money to spare? If so, why not work on some of the terrible streets in Albany that qualify for GDOT monies? If Albany has any spare change, let’s focus on resurfacing some of the busy residential and commercial streets and roads within the city limits. These temporary patches just last about two months, if that. Forget downtown. There is less traffic there than in other areas.
