Albany city government continues to report with pride about growth and progress in the city with pictures of taxpayer-paid new housing projects, new managers of all types of welfare programs, child care programs, new bridges, etc. When will we read about private companies investing in Albany with private money? Spending taxpayers’ money is not growth or progress, but travesty.
