Mr. Rosen’s very commendable plans to restore the Albany Theater are sure to incite the usual Negative Nabobs of Negativism. It is painful for this elderly native Albanian to see yet another one-of-a-kind amenity like Radium Springs Casino that made Albany so unique disappear, and I wish Mr. Rosen every possible success.
