In response to the squawker who was kind to Southern Pet Cremations, let’s remember what the Humane Society does as well. If not for their adoption policies, many animals would not have loving homes.

The NRA hasn’t caused the mass shootings, Squawker. Islam, Hollyweird, the liberal media, a turning away from Christianity … That’s what has caused the mass shootings. And mega-schools, too.

I agree with Commissioner Gloria Gaines. If Dougherty County is already about to dip into its reserves for money lost in the storms, why are we about to spend money on opioid legal fees?

McCoy, take your $50,000 and get to stepping. You ain’t getting any more of the county’s money.

Am I the only one who’s noticed that those who have been shot by the police are ones who have been running from, arguing with or fighting with the police? If you are innocent, there is no need to be running, arguing or fighting.

We need for all young people to get out and register to vote. We need to get rid of the County Commission and the School Board. They are not working for the people. We will be putting together a big campaign, but please register to vote.

I really can’t figure out why President Trump is worried about the post office. When he was running for office, most of the money was going to the DNC. I guess the only reason he is worried about it is that the post office sucks off the taxpayers.

After reading five state papers on the Internet this morning, The Albany Herald has won first place for the worst Masters coverage in the history of newspapers.

Concerning the census: I can’t understand what these people are afraid of or hiding. There are questions that need to be asked to determined who people are.

The annual King Celebration held at Albany State University does not represent what Dr. King stood for. The group present are the ones responsible for moving Albany backward.
