I was enjoying the global warming. Where did it go?
So you say Sanford is a lapdog of Pelosi, he’s never done nothing for Albany and Dougherty County, huh? I can tell you one thing he’s done. He’s beaten your candidate every time.
I said ring, trying to be respectful to The Squawkbox. But you know how to read between the lines. When I say kiss his ring, I mean something else. You must love Obama. You can’t keep his name out your mouth.
Democrats gave us Social Security, but look at the facts. Lyndon B. Johnson started all the raids on the funds that were supposed to be there for retired persons. To take people’s money from them for them to access in retirement and then steal it away should be a crime.
Money is not everything. God is. When you die, your money’s going to go to somebody else.
I do not need Medicare, civil rights have done nothing for me, I have all the health care I need without the help of Democrats. I will probably die before I can receive Social Security, so that was money out of my paycheck for nothing. But this tax bill will make my paycheck higher, so I have benefited more from Republican policies.
A woman buys a first-class seat on United. She gets bumped back to second class so a Democrat, Rep. Shelia Jackson, can have seat. The woman complains and Jackson calls her a racist. Go figure!
Thank you, Sanford Bishop, for looking out for the welfare of your district while Sen. Perdue is in Florida playing golf with the president. We really appreciate your help.
It’s sad that an old man had to spend Christmas in the hospital. To make things worse, some relatives didn’t show up to check on him. I guess they had more important things to do. What goes around comes around.
Social Security, that was Roosevelt, so he doesn’t count. Medicare is charging me four times what they would charge anyone else in the same income bracket. Typical liberal Democrats.
Democrats gave us Vietnam, over 58,000 killed. So, no, I’m not going to vote Democrat ever again.
Rural Southwest Georgia is in trouble. Its shrinking population and dwindling tax base make future prospects bleak. So let’s spend $35 million on a school.
I don’t know when Detroit stopped putting turn signals on vehicles. It must have been in the late ’60s, because I haven’t seen anyone use one since then.
Mithra is the god that came before Jesus whose birth was celebrated on Dec. 25. Christians stole this date to convert pagans to Christianity. If not true, where in the Bible is Dec. 25 listed? Mithra is the reason for the season.
In Lee County on Christmas day, lots of EMT stations were closed; no service in the community. Also, lots of fire stations only had one person operating them. How can one person do everything to put out a fire?
Just want to pose a question as to why all this money has been spent on Monroe when we had a perfectly redone Albany High School. It’s really strange, isn’t it?
