If you don’t know that violent video games are affecting our kids, you are not paying attention.

After a school shooting we all turn to God to help us heal, but in normal times our courts have outlawed any mention of God in our schools. Could this be part of the problem?

There are laws for gun control that not enforced. Just like the immigration laws. When laws are not enforced chaos ensues.

Russia started their anti-US campaign in 2014. Obama was President up to and beyond, the 2016 Election. So why didn’t he do something about Russian meddling?

If Donald Trump truly cannot help himself about lying almost every day (crowd size, largest election win, Russians did not interfere in our elections, etc.), he needs to resign and go back to a Trump property,

Keep writing, Carlton. Enjoyed Sunday.

Finally happened. Two young people in a white four-door car stole a big truck battery Monday 2 p.m. out of my backyard.

Revving our motors has nothing to do with sex. It’s a man’s way of being in the Daytona 500. Unless you’ve had a one-on-one conversation with Danica Patrick, you wouldn’t understand.

Being new to Albany, I was just wondering — is it mandatory that I throw trash out of my car on the bypass?

People are hesitant and reluctant to give Trump credit when good things happen, but let some psycho go on a shooting spree like in Florida and Trump is the first thing mentioned to lay blame. What a bunch of hypocrites.

Just read the article about Albany Pet Partners needing help as they try to help people care for their animals and have limited funds. I hope there’s someone in the area who knows about writing grants and would be willing to help them.

We cannot just focus on tightening school security without addressing the primary issue of gun violence. We would need to strengthen mall security, nightclub security, church security, etc. Why not address the real problem?

B.J. Fletcher is so right. Albany/Dougherty County have far too many so-called non-profits hiding behind their ill-gotten status to rob the city and county of tax revenues. Easily half of them should be investigated by authorities and start paying taxes like the rest of us. Take action, commissioners!

Television just said the unions and other groups spent $1.5 billion lobbying Congress. The NRA, it says, only spent $1.5 million, yet they control Congress. They need to study these people in school.

The Albany government needs to make being in a gang illegal in Albany.
