Dougherty spent $45,000 in improvements making Radium Springs attractive and they’ve got $5,000 left over. This is an abuse of power.

In defense of doctors’ offices, I don’t like to wait either, but I am so thankful that on Monday my doctor worked me in because I was very ill. I think most of them do the best they can with scheduling.
