The very last think we need is statehood for Puerto Rico. Billions in debt and another welfare blue state with votes in Congress.

First Darton is swallowed up and now Albany High is closed. Our educational leaders need to be replaced. No wonder Lee County is thriving now.

To the squawker saying too bad the U.S. didn’t have snap elections like England. Funny you had no issue with the U.S. election process when Obama got elected twice. What a hypocrite.

You’re claiming 30 years of working outside as a laborer for a utility company gives you more insight into climate change than all the reputable scientists in the world researching this topic? Really?

Considering the way the Braves are playing, send the whole team and coaches to AAA and bring the AAA players and coaches up. They couldn’t do any worse.

I know this country has gone to you know where in a hand-basket when people are protesting Sharia law and there are protesters protesting the protesters.

I can’t much believe these drive-by shootings are just random, no reason at all.

I spent a whole career with the government dealing with classified documents. There was always a request when a document was needed as to why you needed to review it. We had private contractors. One screw-up and the contract was terminated. The individual involved would get 10 years. It’s time to go back to that.

This is what this community is all about. You have a vote about the Albany High School that was a 4-3 vote and the community says let’s just vote everybody out. I wish this community would get educated on who does what and why.

The reason Columbus has grown is Fort Benning has expanded.
