All the love in the world while being well intentioned cannot replace food that costs someone money and sweat.

Went to a matinee at the local theater with my 11-year-old grandson. Two regular Cokes and one regular popcorn plus tickets — $37.30. prices went up more than just a little.

Democrats are carrying things too far. It’s bad enough they go around protesting, rioting, attacking people, now they are going around shooting Republican congressmen. Pathetic.

The Democrats believe in free speech, so long as they are the ones talking. In the Intelligence Committee hearing of A.G. Jeff Sessions’ testimony, Democrat Co-Chair Warner repeatedly interrupted his answers, as did two other Democrat members.

I have plenty of respect for B.J. Fletcher, but an increase on utility bills is ridiculous. We just came through a tornado.

The internet is a cold contender that takes no prisoner. Once it replaces something, it disappears without a trace. Uncounted icons of our everyday living have fallen on its sword. Will we wise up before it’s too late and nothing is left?

I think the Rails to Trails is an excellent idea, but are we going to see overhead power lines all the way form Albany to Sasser? I thought it was supposed to be a nature thing.

These hearings that are going on are nothing but dog and pony shows. If there was anything to it, it’d already be leaked.

You cannot take your material things when you go. Doesn’t matter whether it’s heaven or hell.

I sure hope President Trump undoes every unconstitutional, unholy, unbiblical thing President Obama did during his administration. He better get busy. He may only have four years.

Can any of you Trump supporters tell me one thing he has done to make your life any easier? I won’t hold my breath.

Dennis Rodman keeps going to North Korea. Why doesn’t he apply for citizenship and stay there?

Like ancient Rome, America will collapse from within if this hatred continues.

I may need to get a new Bible. I missed the part where Jesus said flowers are for the living and the dead cannot smell. That must be next to the verse that said the Lord helps those who help themselves.

Yes, I believe I would trust the utility worker before I would trust these “reputable” scientists who are making money off this scam called climate change.

Democrats are desperately trying to find evidence of obstruction of justice and collusion. They can start with Loretta Lynch telling Comey to stop calling the Clinton email scandal an investigation.

Please note the governor of Georgia did have the flags flying half-staff when Lt. Weston Lee was killed and President Trump did get in touch with the family. Don’t start rumors when you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Bernie Sanders is responsible for the shooting at the baseball field in Virginia.

Violent tendencies are often learned at home, Carlton, by liberals. Remember the 1960s and 1970s? Don’t try to deny it.

Albany needs to change its name to Drug Town. Anytime you get out and go somewhere, there’s always somebody asking for money. And it’s all for drugs.
