Why would anyone want to live downtown when the first thing that greets you when you walk out of your door is a panhandler?

Isn’t it weird that in America our flag and our culture offend so many people, but our benefits don’t?

Obama was president for eight years and I can’t think of one thing he did that made my life any easier or better.

I’m no lawyer or prosecutor or DA or anything, but I thought there had been plenty of cases made when police used holds on prisoners, regardless of what they were doing.

The left-winger going against the Republican congressmen, I believe, was brought on by Kathy Griffin and her horrific picture of what she did. And then you have left-wingers saying they’d like to burn down the White House. That is not free speech. It is truly a left-wing hate crime.

I just simply made the squawk that the weather’s changed the last few years. What’s that got to do with climate change? Anybody can see that. Just go outside. All I know is the last few years it’s warmer in the wintertime.

The Republican who got shot is receiving the best taxpayer-funded health care available. Two months ago, he celebrated a GOP plan that would take coverage away for 20 million Americans. Ironic.

The Republican Senate is replacing Obamacare with single-payer Medicare for everybody.

This column in the newspaper could not hold all the things that Trump has done for the good of the country since he’s been in.

Should’ve known Nancy Pelosi would be the first one to blame Republicans for what happened.

OK, Albany, I don’t think I should have to swerve to avoid hitting one of these dadgum basketball goals in the middle of the road. Somebody should go around and make them pick them up. Somebody’s going to have a wreck because of that.

If the investigation is unbiased, how did the newspaper get information on it?

Eleven years ago, Al Gore said in 10 years the coastlines of the world would be underwater. What did your super-smart side do for eight years? Talk it dry?

Congratulates, Democrats, on winning the baseball game. If Democrats and Republicans can come together and play a baseball game and get along, why can’t they get along solving the problems facing our country?

There is no reason under the sun for a child with a responsible parent or guardian to go hungry in this country. It’s another myth.

My initial Google search turned up no half-staff notification for Lt. Weston Lee. A further search found the notification when you called it to my attention. I never noted a notification from the service that sends me an email on such things. Plus I didn’t notice one in the media. My apologies.

President Trump needs to come to Albany to drain the swamp.

Pastors need to preach that being a Christian is a 24/7 affair. There are too many people who revert to the teachings of Beelzebub and Molech as soon as they get to work.
