Almost had a head-on collision on East Doublegate having to go around a yard maintenance crew truck that was parked in middle of my lane. The city and county police are going to have to do something about these people leaving their trucks and trailers in the middle of the right of way, especially on hills and curves.

Thanks to Phoebe for the men’s health fair. Despite many prostate posters, no prostate test.

In response to the comment of Langstaff and consideration of the poor, Albany buys power and provides the infrastructure and service and, yes, tornado repair. It costs the same to provide power to the poor as to the rich. Consumers must pay for what they demand. Divide that among yourselves as you wish.

The spraying along Gillionville was herbicide by the state of Georgia – the same herbicide that the state sprays along all state highways. It makes the grass and weeds tastier for deer.

If you think the increase in utilities is high, wait until you get the millage rate increase next year.

Reba said to think about the millions of hungry children the next time I leave food on the plate. So, if I clean my plate there will be one less hungry child in the United States?

Rachael Ray is hawking dog food. I reckon Paula Deen will be next, and then Martha Stewart.

I love the commercial where the woman tells about her son having a flat tire and if it wasn’t for their wonderful insurance company, he wouldn’t have made it home. My daddy made me learn how to change a tire before I got my driver’s license. What’s wrong with people?

Carlton Fletcher, the conscience of Albany.

The ones that are screaming racism are the biggest racists in the world.

In several weeks, the Republican controlled Congress must divide whether to raise the debt ceiling and borrow more money, or default and let the government shut down.

What a disgrace for our country. Only five months into Trump’s presidency, and already two investigations are under way regarding Trump’s obstruction of justice and possible collusion with Russia.

I heard the Republicans let the Democrats win the charity baseball game, otherwise the Democrats would either start shooting them or claim the Russians hacked into the scoreboard changing the scores.

It is a shame the scums that killed the two guards had a second chance. That is more than the two guards had. Now, the honest working people will have to pay millions for their defense, plus feed them and give them free health care and clothes. We’re living in a country where the criminal is the victim.

When are the people in charge going to stop people from doing or saying things that obviously mean, “I want to hurt or kill someone,” which is exactly what Terminate Republicans means.
